Things seem to be stuck for me at the moment. I earned $1184 in February which is closer to late 2007 earnings than I would like. I feel like 2008 has been a great year overall but having February suck along with December has be pretty nervous.
Earnings Breakdown:
- Google Adsense – $261 – After a freakishly good January, earnings here have fallen but it’s still up from the end of 2008 and given February is a short month, I’m happy with that.
- Affiliate Sales – $420 – My big earner had another crap month which has me starting to worry. Even worse, after a good showing at $150 last month, my affiliates from Clixgalore nosedived and earned me a big fat goose egg this month. So much for diversifying!
- Linkworth – $23 – Same link again, month after month. I don’t even remember what the ink is these days. They just bought another from one of my sites so this will rise by $15 next month. Woop woop!
- Private Link Sales – $480 – I was approached by two people towards the end of February looking to buy three yearly links which has saved me at the last minute from a month as bad as December. This means that, at the moment, I really am counting on private link sales to push my above the $1000 mark and I’m not really too happy about that.
I have been putting a definite priority on travel rather than work and I think I’ll have to set a month or two aside very soon to sort things out and get back on track. If anyone knows of a good place in Central America to hang out for awhile and get some serious work done, I would love to hear it!
